Advertisements are accepted for the
Association’s annual meeting program which is distributed
to registered attendees at the annual meeting (circulation
is anywhere from 1,500 to 2,000 people depending upon the
location of the meeting). MESA does not accept advertising
flyers or inserts in the program. All ads are in black and
white, except for the back cover. For the 2008 meeting,
the
deadline for the insertion
order is October 8, 2008
with camera-ready copy due by October
15, 2008. Direct inquiries

For those renting exhibit space at
the meeting, a reduced rate for advertising in the meeting
