MESA 2008 Thematic Conversation Participant Details

Or ganizers and session leaders must be current MESA members for the Secretariat to process their submissions (renew | join). Participants who were previously MESA members must also renew their membership. All participants must pre-register for the meeting. Foreign scholars and persons who deem themselves outside the field of Middle East studies, who have not been MESA members, can request a waiver ofthe membership requirement to participate. Please complete a request for membership exemption available here.

Most of the communication regarding your participation in the MESA annual meeting will be sent via email. Communication that it sent by post will be mailed to the address on file where you receive your MESA publications.

Audiovisual Equipment (thematic conversations typically do not require audiovisual equipment. Because they are held in rooms set conference style for a maximum of 30 people, only limited audiovisual equipment may be requested (see list below). please request only the equipment you need!)
